Visualization of Rotavirus Strains Circulating Globally
Introduction
The interactive dashboard displays information on global rotavirus genotype prevalence globally, per country, as extracted from comprehensive regional systematic reviews. The period of analyses and references are indicated per country. EuroRotaNet data are updated yearly; data from systematic reviews will be updated as warranted by the scientific literature.
Interactive Dashboard: How to Use
To see strain prevalence in a particular country, click on the country or select it in the selection pane. After clicking on the country, the genotype prevalence will be displayed in bar graphs for the years for which information is available, along with the source from which the data were extracted. To exit the country specific view and go back to the global view, double click on the white part of the map.
